1. Independent status
Providers are independent users or businesses. Maison Maveya does not employ providers, set offline conduct or act as an agency unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
2. Profile accuracy
- All profile information, media, services, rates, availability and location claims must be accurate and current.
- Providers must only upload media they are authorised to use.
- Misleading, stolen, AI-impersonated or third-party images may result in suspension.
3. Professional account
A free profile may be published after verification and review, receive private messages, reply and publish direct-contact details. A Professional account from CHF 199 per month adds tours, advanced availability, analytics, promotions and stronger visibility.
4. Services and legality
Providers are responsible for ensuring that advertised services, travel, incall/outcall arrangements and communications comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. The platform may restrict or hide service categories by city or compliance rule.
5. Safety and consent
- No provider may be coerced, controlled, threatened or exploited.
- All meetings and communications must be voluntary, adult-only and consent-based.
- The platform may require safety check-ins, verification refreshes or admin review.
6. Promotions
Boosts and sponsored placements improve visibility but do not guarantee bookings. Promotions may be refused, paused or removed for safety, quality, legal or payment reasons.
7. Journal and Exclusive Content
- Providers may publish public Journal updates, follower-only updates and paid Exclusive Content only through the protected Content & Community Studio.
- Every person shown must be an adult, must have consented to participation and publication, and the provider must hold the required media rights.
- Paid releases remain subject to pre-publication review. Journal posts may be monitored after publication or held first when risk signals are detected.
- Authorised Maison Maveya personnel may access submitted content where necessary for moderation, safety, rights verification, support, disputes and legal compliance. Original-file access is purpose-limited and logged.
- Providers may not move purchases off-platform, evade platform fees, upload unlawful or non-consensual content, or redistribute buyer information.
8. Termination
The platform may suspend, restrict or remove provider accounts for failed verification, unsafe conduct, misleading profiles, payment issues, reports or legal concerns.
