1. Eligibility and independent status
- Participation is available only to a fully verified and approved independent Lady account.
- Clubs, agencies, clients, suspended accounts and unverified accounts are excluded.
- Participation does not create employment, agency, representation or authority to bind Maison Maveya.
2. Referral attribution
- The first valid referral attribution wins and cannot be changed by the referred account.
- The referral link must be opened before or during signup and remains valid for 30 days.
- An existing or previously deleted account cannot be attributed retroactively.
- Self-referrals, circular referrals, duplicate identities and manipulated account relationships are prohibited.
3. Commission and time limit
The Ambassador receives 10% of genuinely collected, commission-eligible net Maison Maveya platform revenue for a maximum of 12 months from the referred Lady's first qualifying paid plan. Escort-service revenue, tips, private payments, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, free trials and promotional credits are excluded.
4. Credits and release periods
- Commission is first recorded as pending and becomes usable as platform credit after the applicable 30-day protection period.
- Earned commission becomes cash-eligible after 60 days, subject to risk and reversal checks.
- The first reviewed payout is available no earlier than 90 days after program activation.
- Annual-plan commission is earned in monthly instalments rather than released in full on the payment date.
- Promotional bonus credits are platform-only, non-transferable and never cash-payable.
5. Payouts
- The minimum cash withdrawal is CHF 100 and only one active withdrawal may be requested per calendar month.
- The payout account must be verified and held in the same name as the verified participant.
- Maison Maveya may place a payout on hold while identity, payment, account ownership, fraud or compliance checks remain open.
6. Fraud protection and reversals
Maison Maveya may compare privacy-preserving identity references, payment fingerprints, payout ownership, account history, device signals and network patterns. Shared device or IP information is a review signal rather than automatic proof. Duplicate verified identity, self-referral and shared payout ownership may be blocked. Refunds, chargebacks, payment corrections and fraud can reverse credits or create a recoverable negative balance.
7. Responsible promotion
- Ambassadors must not make misleading income promises or present themselves as Maison Maveya employees or agents.
- No one may be pressured, controlled or recruited through coercion, deception or the sharing of private identity material.
- The program rewards software-platform subscriptions only and never escort bookings or offline services.
8. Suspension and changes
Maison Maveya may suspend program access, hold credits or close an Ambassador profile for safety, legal, payment or fraud reasons. Material term changes require a new recorded acceptance before further participation. Existing immutable ledger and audit records are retained according to applicable legal and data-retention requirements.
