1. Retention principles
Data should be kept only as long as necessary for platform operation, safety, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
2. Account and profile data
Active account and provider profile data is retained while the account remains active. Deleted or suspended accounts may retain limited records for safety, dispute or legal reasons.
3. Requests and messages
Booking requests, status history, selected services and communication logs may be retained to support moderation, payment, dispute handling and safety review.
4. Verification data
Verification records should be retained for the shortest appropriate period, with restricted access, unless longer retention is necessary for legal, safety or fraud-prevention purposes.
5. Reports and audit logs
Reports, moderation decisions, risk flags and audit logs may be retained longer because they protect users, support investigations and prevent repeat abuse.
